Congratulations to Bryan Fedynyszyn on his KO victory at ECC 14.

It took Bryan only 2 minutes and 19 seconds to drop his opponent with a hard left hand followed by some well placed ground and pound from the mount position to finish the fight.

We are all very proud of Bryan for putting in such an impressive performance on just his second pro fight. At 2-0 Bryan is soon to be a hot prospect on the Canadian MMA scene.

MechaMMA would like to congratulate Elias Theodorou for his 3rd round TKO victory at Bellator 64.

Elias showed improved wrestling and cage work in this fight as he contained his opponent and broke him down with relentless elbows and knees.

MechaMMA and Elias would again like to thank every body for their hard work and support, as performing and winning on such a big stage as Bellator is not a small task.

Congratulations to Alex Ricci and Elias Theodorou for their victories this past Friday night on the Score Fighting Series card in Hamilton.

Elias Theodorou moved his record forward to a perfect 3-0 with a dominating Unanimous decision win over Eric Herbert. Elias dictated the entire 15 minutes of the fight utilizing his superior grappling and wrestling to win the fight.

For Alex Ricci however, it only took 1 round to KO Iraj Hadin with a counter left hook as he improved his record to a perfect 5-0.

We expect big things from these two fighters, so be sure to keep yourself up to date with any announcements of their future fights. We would also like to give a big thanks to all those who came and supported.

Norifumi “Kid” Yamamoto is one of the biggest names to ever come out of Japan’s MMA scene. After having created a large fan base fighting in organizations such as Shooto, K-1 and Dream Norifumi finally made his much anticipated debut in the UFC in 2011. Having fought his first two UFC fights in America, Norifumi will now be returning to Japan for their upcoming show on February 26, 2012 and has decided to move his training camp for this bout to Mecha MMA.

After a 3 months intensive training with Mecha’s pro fighters, Norifumi has returned to Japan with Mecha’s head coach’s Sergio Cunha and Lachlan Cheng to face Vaughn lee from the UK in a three round Bantamweight battle.

We wish Norifumi the best of luck from all of us at the Mecha MMA team and await his next performance.
